New Delhi: Russian Embassy in India on Thursday condemned civilian killings at Bucha Ukraine and said the vile attack had brought back Nazi crime nightmares during the Second World War. “It raises disgust and punishment in Russia and India and globally,” he said when Moscow faced criticism from the world for the murder of civilians in Bucha Ukraina, 37 km northwest of Kyiv.

Russia has been attacked for mass graves that have been found in Ukraine. So far, at least 300 bodies have been found and some of them are mutilated and some of them are shot at close range. Bucha is under the occupation of Russia for more than a month after their invasion to Ukraine.
Ukraine accused Russia to conduct genocide and war crimes in Bucha. However, Moscow denied any role and claimed that it was produced to smear Russia.India has also condemned the killing of civilians in Ukraine. Speaking at UNSC, TS Tirumu, India’s permanent representative to the United Nations, on Tuesday said that the Civil Killing Report in Bucha was “very disturbing”. “We firmly condemned this murder and supported the call for an independent investigation,” he said.

China, who has been in favor of Russia and opposes sanctions in Moscow, has also condemned the murder in Bucha.The US, G7 and the EU have announced a series of new sanctions after the murder in Bucha.The French government currently called the Russian Ambassador to Paris after his embassy posted a photo on Twitter who suggested Ukraine has held a civil killing in Bucha. “Responding to obscene and provocative communication by the Russian Embassy in France in connection with Bucha’s atrocities, I have decided to summon the Russian Ambassador,” Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian Tweeted.
